How can Sourcin help reduce deviations?

Can operators document work in real time?
Depending on the configured workflow, operators can use the Arc 3 voice commands to record photographs and videos to capture selected process evidence during execution. The speech-to-text allows to record any additional information. At step completion the activiies are logged and available in AR reports.
Can Quality or experts provide remote support?
Compatible AR workflows can allow an authorized remote participant to share the operator's view and provide real-time assistance. Access, recording, escalation, and documentation rules should be defined within the customer's procedures.
Does LEx replace SOPs or electronic batch records?
Not by default. Sourcin can complement approved procedures and existing systems by delivering contextual visual guidance and checklists at the point of work. The role of LEx within the customer's system landscape should be defined through intended-use, risk, integration, and validation assessments.

Checklists consist of AR task flows that SMEs create to assist operators and Process QA. They bring approved process guidance closer to the point of execution, helping operators follow defined steps, confirm completion, and capture selected evidence while working within established procedures and quality controls.
Does LEx support GMP workflows?
LEx is designed to support controlled biopharma workflows through capabilities including permissions, content versioning, activity records, traceability, and controlled access. Whether a particular implementation is suitable for GxP use depends on its intended use, configuration, validation, operating procedures, integrations, and the customer's quality system.
